Warranty Policy

Last updated: May 26, 2026

At ZeroMaxParts, some truck and trailer parts may be covered by a warranty, depending on the product type and the manufacturer. Please review the warranty conditions below before submitting a warranty request.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage may vary by product and manufacturer.

In general, warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects. A manufacturing defect means a defect caused by the production process or materials, not by installation, use, or external damage.

Manufacturer Warranty

Some products may be covered only by the original manufacturer warranty.

If a product is covered by a manufacturer warranty, the warranty terms, approval process, replacement, repair, or refund decision may depend on the manufacturer’s policy.

ZeroMaxParts may assist customers with the warranty review process, but the final warranty decision may be made by the manufacturer.

What Is Not Covered

Warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Overheating
  • Misuse or improper use
  • Physical damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Modification of the part
  • Accidents or external damage
  • Use of the part outside its intended purpose

Installed Parts

Installed parts may be subject to warranty review only if the issue appears to be related to a manufacturing defect.

Warranty claims for installed parts may require additional inspection, photos, installation details, invoice information, and manufacturer review.

Electrical Parts

Electrical parts may have limited or no warranty coverage, depending on the product and manufacturer.

Warranty claims for electrical parts may be denied if the issue was caused by incorrect installation, short circuit, improper voltage, overheating, misuse, or vehicle-related electrical problems.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must provide:

  • Original receipt or invoice
  • Product name or part number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the issue, if requested
  • Installation details, if applicable

Additional information may be required depending on the product and manufacturer.

Inspection and Approval

All warranty claims are subject to review and inspection.

Submitting a warranty claim does not guarantee approval. Warranty approval depends on the product condition, the reported issue, manufacturer terms, and inspection results.

Warranty Resolution

If a warranty claim is approved, ZeroMaxParts or the manufacturer may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement part
  • Repair, if available
  • Refund, if approved under the applicable warranty terms
  • Other solution approved by the manufacturer

Labor and Additional Costs

Warranty does not cover labor costs, towing, vehicle downtime, installation costs, diagnostic fees, lost income, or any other indirect or additional expenses, unless stated otherwise in writing.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

The customer may be responsible for shipping costs related to warranty inspection or return, unless otherwise approved by ZeroMaxParts or the manufacturer.

Please contact ZeroMaxParts before sending any item for warranty review. Items sent without prior communication may be delayed or refused.
