At ZeroMaxParts, we work to process and deliver truck and trailer parts as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping, delivery, and payment information before placing an order.
Secure Payment Options
ZeroMaxParts accepts secure payment methods available at checkout. Payment options may include:

- Zelle

- Other approved payment methods shown at checkout
All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. ZeroMaxParts does not store full credit card details on its website.
Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully completed, unless a separate written payment arrangement has been approved by ZeroMaxParts.
Delivery in Illinois
For customers located in Illinois, ZeroMaxParts offers delivery by our own local courier service.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM local Illinois time may be delivered the same day, depending on product availability and delivery location.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM local Illinois time will normally be delivered the next business day.
Weekend delivery may be available by request. Please contact ZeroMaxParts before placing your order if you need weekend delivery.
Shipping to Other U.S. States
ZeroMaxParts also ships orders to other states within the United States.
For products that are in stock, same-day shipping may be available.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM local Illinois time are usually shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM local Illinois time are usually shipped the next business day.
Standard delivery time is usually 1-3 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, and product availability.
Shipping may be handled through:

- FedEx
- Local dealer delivery
Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders over a certain order value. If free shipping applies, this will be shown at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Delivery within the state of Illinois is free of charge, regardless of the order amount.
For deliveries to other U.S. states, shipping costs are paid by the customer. The final shipping cost may vary depending on the order size, weight, delivery address, shipping method, and product type.
Available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout whenever possible.
Order Processing

Delivery Delays

Check Your Package Upon Delivery
Customers are responsible for checking the package upon delivery.
If the shipment appears damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact ZeroMaxParts as soon as possible.
Damaged shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Please keep the original packaging, shipping label, and any damaged items until the issue has been reviewed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
ZeroMaxParts is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Warranty Note
Some parts may be covered by a warranty, depending on the product and manufacturer.
Warranty coverage may apply only to manufacturing defects. Incorrect installation, overheating, misuse, physical damage, or normal wear and tear are not covered by warranty.
For some products, only the manufacturer warranty may apply. Warranty eligibility is reviewed based on the product, manufacturer terms, and the condition of the item.
