Refund and Returns Policy

At ZeroMaxParts, we want our customers to receive the correct truck and trailer parts in proper condition. If you need to return an item, please review the conditions below before sending anything back.

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 45 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the customer must provide the original receipt or invoice.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or invoice

Items that have been installed, used, damaged, modified, or returned without the original packaging may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed parts
  • Damaged parts
  • Electrical parts
  • Special order parts
  • Items without the original receipt or invoice
  • Items that are not in their original packaging
  • Items that have been used, modified, or installed

ZeroMaxParts reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is the result of an error made by ZeroMaxParts, such as an incorrect item being shipped.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error made by ZeroMaxParts.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items. ZeroMaxParts is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returned items.

The exact restocking fee, if applicable, will be determined after the returned item has been inspected.

Inspection and Refunds

All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is approved.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you received an incorrect item or an item that was damaged before delivery, please contact ZeroMaxParts before returning the product.

In such cases, ZeroMaxParts will review the issue and provide further instructions. If the issue was caused by ZeroMaxParts, we may cover the return shipping cost or provide another reasonable solution.
